Compensation
Compensation starts at $12 - $15/hour and is commensurate with overall qualifications including experience, education, and meeting identified job profile. We also conduct frequent reviews for raises. Additionally, there are bonus incentives of $3,000 - $5,000 annually.
Medical Insurance
Our medical insurance is offered through United Heath Care. We have multiple plans to choose from including a High Deductible Health Plan that you can enroll into and utilize our HSA resource.
Health Savings Account
Our health savings accounts are through OptumHealth Bank. Our HSA works in conjunction with the UHC high deductible medical plan. You are able to make contributions to your own HSA account through pre-taxed payroll deductions.
Dental Insurance
Guardian Insurance carries our dental coverage. You can visit any dentist that accepts Guardian Insurance.
Life Insurance and AD&D
InTouch pays for all of our employees Life Insurance and AD&D coverage!
Pretax Premiums
Pretax payroll deductions cover insurance premium payments. This offers savings as it lowers your taxable income but raises your take-home pay.
Disability Insurance
InTouch paid disability insurance for all employees! We pay for both short and long term disability insurance to protect you in the event of injury or illness which makes you unable to work.
Retirement Fund
We host a 401K retirement fund plan for all eligible employees.
PTO (Paid Time Off)
InTouch has a generous PTO plan to give ample paid time off for that life-work balance. Your PTO can be used for any reason you need to be away from the office, and you can use it as soon as you earn it.
Paid Holidays
InTouch pays for TEN holidays each year for which the office is closed. All employees who have completed 90 days are eligible for paid holidays.
Bereavement Leave
In the unfortunate event of a death in the immediate family, a leave of absence of up to three days may be granted to any employee who has completed 90 days.

Recognition
Both formal and informal recognition is given at InTouch. At every company-wide meeting, we award a "Specialist of the Month", celebrate anniversaries that recognizes our colleagues' years of service to the company, and we even celebrate birthdays. Informal recognition happens daily through our support staff. If you're doing well, you'll know it, and so will everyone else.
Internal Promotions
Whenever possible, InTouch fills open support roles internally. To date, about 90% of all support personnel have had experience in the Lead Generation Specialist position.
